Indigo Dharma Mapa was born on December 5th, shooting for the stars since she was a little girl. With an affinity for the arts, Indigo has a passion for creating and storytelling. Her ultimate goal is to help the misunderstood be understood.

An alumnus of the non-profit organization, WriteGirl, Indigo has been published in two of their anthologies. She’s read at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books and an AWP poetry night.

She takes pride in her Filipino heritage, hoping she can make a name for herself and make her family and close friends proud.

Her interests and hobbies include learning new languages, collecting Funko Pops and figurines, manga, comics, video games, attending concerts/festivals, watching films, and television shows.

She is currently attending California State University, Northridge with a major in screenwriting and a minor in creative writing.
